We are looking for dynamic individuals to join our team as Child and Caregiver Support Assistant Supervisor to fill a Perm position in the Prince Albert office.
In this position, you will provide a range of services designed to provide protective, preventative, and support services to children and their families using the P.R.I.D.E. model and the Family Centered Case Management Model of practice.
Coach, mentor, and train staff as the expert and role model on your team;
Demonstrate leadership exemplified by respect and empowerment, in order to encourage employees to achieve success;
Provide leadership, guidance, and support to staff in the absence of the supervisor, concerning placements of children and supporting caregivers with children in care;
Assist with service delivery between Child and Family division programs, work units, and partner agencies;
Be knowledgeable about Ministry policies and procedures, as outlined in the Child and Family Services Act, Family/Children’s Services, and PRIDE Manuals;
Act as a liaison with First Nations CFS and community agencies, with service delivery and decisions; and,
You may represent your unit, Ministry, or region on community or internal committees.
