The Assistant Supervisor, Facilities Management provides on-site operational leadership to ensure a clean, safe, and patient-centered environment.
This role directs daily activities and staffing coverage, supports onboarding and ongoing staff training, and offers informal coaching while escalating performance concerns as needed.
The Assistant Supervisor monitors service quality, safety practices, and compliance; uses departmental systems such as Nuvolo and Epic for work order management, documentation, and communication; and identifies operational or workflow issues for improvement.
The position serves as a key point of contact for internal customers, vendors, and cross functional partners to resolve issues and coordinate services.
Additional responsibilities include assisting in hiring processes, supporting workforce planning needs, and representing leadership during assigned shifts while supervisors retain final decision-making authority.
