- Address customer complaints promptly and professionally
- Assist in recruitment, training, and onboarding of new team members
- Serve as primary point of contact in Store Manager's absence
- Support with store opening and setup

- 3 years of retail experience
- At least 1 year in a store management position
- Passionate about the Asian beauty industry
- Skilled in effective communication and building interpersonal relationships
- Demonstrated strong leadership and store operation capabilities
- Proven problem solving skills and ability to handle customer complaints
- Ability to work in a fast paced retail environment
- Able to lift up to 30lbs

- We have 28 stores across North America and are looking for an Assistant Store Manager at Richmond Centre.
