Responsibilities
- Assist with the management of the daily operations of the Lindt Chocolate Shop
- Support the generation and growth of corporate sales
- Uphold the values of exemplary customer service by modeling appropriate behaviours
- Monitor sales performance and labour requirements daily to maximize store profitability
- Assist with recruitment activities including interviewing and hiring Retail Sales Associates
- Supervise store employees to maximize customer service, sales, and profitability
- Support training on sales techniques and product knowledge
- Order merchandise and supplies with a focus on inventory management and loss prevention
- Reconcile daily cash with sales receipts and complete daily paperwork, payroll, accounting, and store administration tasks
- Maintain store merchandising presentation in line with company standards
- Maintain high standards for cleanliness and food and product safety
- Manage cash handling, inventory ordering, and related retail administrative duties
Requirements
- Post secondary education
- Minimum of five years of experience in retail sales, including management or supervisory experience
- Experience in inventory control and order management
- 1 to 2 years of experience in a retail management role with 2 to 5 years of overall retail experience
- Previous experience in merchandising or visual presentation
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
- Excellent customer service and sales skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong computer proficiency in MS Office

- The standard hiring range for this role is CAD 47 CAD 60K per annum with a 10% performance based bonus.
