The Assistant Store Manager – Operations supports the Store Manager in leading operational, financial, and team functions within an At Home store.
This role plays a key part in driving store performance in a large-format retail environment with annual sales typically ranging from $4–$10 million by supporting efficient store operations, maintaining strong execution standards, and delivering an exceptional experience for both Team Members and customers.
The role leads and develops Operations Leads as well as the Zone Lead team (based on store volume), fosters collaboration, and helps ensure a safe, organized, and high-performing store environment.
Success in this role comes from leading by example, maintaining high standards, continuously improving processes, solving problems proactively, and supporting a culture focused on teamwork, accountability, and results for both customers and Team Members.
