Role Overview
Assistant Store Manager role supporting showroom operations, sales, and customer experience.
The position is based at the Sultanpur store in New Delhi, with interviews at Wazirpur Industrial Area.
The showroom sells home décor, statuary, paintings, and curated handmade products.
Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct sales calls, arrange corporate-client site visits, and build new accounts.
- Meet sales targets, close deals, negotiate rates or packages, and generate repeat business.
- Assist customers, answer queries, recommend products, and maximize sales through upselling.
- Monitor footfall, support conversion improvements, and maintain visual-merchandising standards.
- Attend promotional events and coordinate inventory movement with warehouse and backend teams.
- Supervise sales and support staff, maintain store discipline, and report sales updates to management.
Candidate Requirements
- Graduate degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
- At least 2–4 years of retail experience; home décor, lifestyle, or luxury retail experience is preferred.
- At least 3 years of store-management experience and 3 years of retail-sales experience.
