Position Objective
Support efficient and profitable store operations in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Ensure retail staff provide excellent customer service and have the support needed to maximize sales.
Assume end-to-end store responsibility when the Store Manager is absent.
Customer Service and Sales
- Promote the company loyalty program to maximize loyalty and repeat sales.
- Ensure staff provide high levels of customer service and maintain current product knowledge.
- Stay informed about group brands to support suggestive selling and respond to customer needs.
Store Operations
- Assist with implementation of store operating procedures and company standards.
- Ensure all staff follow brand and company policies and procedures.
- Audit store administration regularly and resolve identified issues.
- Manage the daily staff roster, leave, and grievances.
Merchandising and Security
- Maintain visual merchandising standards in line with established requirements.
- Maintain awareness and vigilance regarding store security.
- Support stock-loss prevention through product knowledge and operational control.
Role Requirements
- Maintain a fashionable and well-groomed professional presentation.
- Be physically able to stand for extended hours and perform heavy lifting.
