Assistant Store Manager

Support day-to-day store operations to ensure efficient and consistent service

Monitor sales results and assist in executing plans to achieve store goals

Coordinate store activities including scheduling and workflow

Communicate regularly with store leadership on performance and opportunities for improvement

Assist with promotional events and in-store initiatives

Assist with hiring, training, and performance development

Demonstrate strong selling skills and coach associates in effective selling practices
