- Solid understanding of the product and deep knowledge of the fashion industry and luxury sector
- Excellent organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Fluency in French and English

- The role of the Brunello Cucinelli Assistant Store Manager is fundamental in providing support to the Store Manager.
- Requirements include helping run the Boutique, being a guide to the in store team and acting as a reference point for customers.
Role responsibilities
- Cultivating a relationship with customers through an active and continuous presence on the shop floor.
- Communicating clearly, correctly and courteously in mother tongue and other foreign languages.
- Guiding sales operations and ensuring customer service compliance with company guidelines.
- Collaborating with Store Manager to set goals based on KPIs.
- Supporting the Store Manager in the organization of events and trunk shows.
- Ensuring high standards through correct implementation of Visual Guidelines.
- Enriching presence in the Boutique through interpretation of the Brunello Cucinelli style.
- Guiding the team in maximizing sales and performance.
- Managing and motivating the team in daily activities.
- Safeguarding and promoting respect and collaboration between colleagues.
- Cooperating with the stock department, especially during inventories.
- Ensuring retail operations procedures and HQ guidelines are respected.
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in Retail with at least 2 years in managerial roles in a luxury Retail brand.
- Solid understanding of the product and deep knowledge of the fashion industry and luxury sector.
- Excellent organisational skills, meticulous attention to detail and ability to work in a team environment.
- High flexibility, people management skills and ability to lead the team in a fast paced environment.
- Fluency in French and English; knowledge of another language is a plus.
