Requirements
- Post secondary education
- Minimum of five years of experience in retail sales, including management or supervisory experience
- Experience in inventory control and order management
- 1 to 2 years of experience in a retail management role with 2 to 5 years of overall retail experience
- Excellent customer service and sales skills

Job Overview
- We are looking for an enthusiastic and keen individual to fill the role of Assistant Store Manager for our Lindt Chocolate Shop in Niagara Outlet Collection on a contract basis.
Responsibilities
- Assist with management of daily operations.
- Support generation and growth of corporate sales.
- Uphold values of exemplary customer service.
- Monitor sales performance and labour requirements.
- Assist with recruitment activities.
- Supervise store employees.
- Support training on sales techniques and product knowledge.
- Order merchandise and supplies.
- Reconcile daily cash with sales receipts.
- Maintain store merchandising presentation.
- Manage cash handling, inventory ordering, and related duties.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Post secondary education.
- Minimum of five years of experience in retail sales, including management or supervisory experience.
- Experience in inventory control and order management.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in a retail management role.
- Previous experience in merchandising or visual presentation.
- Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment.
- Excellent customer service and sales skills.
- Strong computer proficiency in MS Office.
