Role overview
Assistant Store Keeper role in the Stores and Warehouse department.
The position is full-time and shift-based.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with inbound and outbound operations and prepare the relevant documents.
- Prepare GRNs, packing lists, delivery notes, invoices, and related documents.
- Assist with receiving and checking incoming materials.
- Verify quantities and items against purchase orders, delivery notes, and invoices.
- Maintain accurate stock movement records.
- Follow company procedures for storage, handling, and stock control.
- Perform other store-related duties assigned by the manager.
Qualifications and requirements
- Graduation or equivalent qualification is preferred.
- Previous experience in a store or warehouse is advantageous.
- Basic computer skills, particularly Microsoft Excel or ERP software.
- Ability to communicate effectively and work well with a team.
- Willingness to work on a shift basis.
