Storekeeping Operations
- Assist with inbound and outbound operations and documentation.
- Prepare GRNs, packing lists, delivery notes, invoices, and related documents.
- Maintain accurate stock records and update inventory systems or registers.
- Report damaged, missing, or excess items to the Store Manager.
- Follow company procedures for storage, handling, and stock control.
- Prepare or assist with inventory reports and documentation.
- Perform other store-related duties assigned by the manager.
Requirements
- Ability to assist with inbound and outbound operations and related documentation.
- Ability to prepare GRNs, packing lists, delivery notes, and invoices.
- Ability to maintain accurate stock records and update inventory systems or registers.
- Ability to follow storage, handling, and stock control procedures.
