Requirements
- Minimum 5 years' experience in spa management or hospitality leadership
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Proven track record in achieving sales and revenue targets
- Excellent communication and guest service abilities
- Strong operational and financial understanding
- Fluency in English (Arabic speaking preferred)
