Lead and run shifts as an Assistant Manager to ensure high-quality washes and outstanding customer service

Coach, mentor, and develop team members to improve performance and engagement

Support daily operations and ensure all Assistant Manager responsibilities are executed efficiently

Maintain compliance with operational standards, safety procedures, and equipment guidelines

Stay informed on products, services, and promotions to drive sales and membership growth

Assist in achieving site goals, KPIs, and overall business performance

Perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds throughout your shift
