Here’s What You’ll be Doing
Assist with recruiting, onboarding, training, coaching, and mentoring service department staff.
Support the monitoring and evaluation of employee performance and development.
Promote a culture focused on teamwork, professionalism, and exceptional customer service.
Ensure effective communication between the service department and other dealership departments.
Address customer concerns and complaints promptly and professionally.
Assist in implementing and maintaining service processes, policies, and manufacturer standards.
Help drive customer retention initiatives and customer satisfaction performance.
Monitor workflow efficiency and assist in achieving departmental profitability goals.
Support warranty compliance, repair order accuracy, and operational best practices.
Perform additional duties as assigned to support the success of the dealership.
Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an automotive Service Advisor, Assistant Service Manager, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of automotive repair processes, maintenance procedures, and warranty administration.
- Previous leadership or team coaching experience is considered an asset.
- Excellent customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
- Valid Ontario driver's license with a clean driving record.
