- Support development and execution of sales strategies to grow revenue in earthworks, infrastructure, and construction segments.
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities.
- Prepare proposals and quotations.
- Support negotiations with clients and partners.
- Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients.
- Coordinate with project, engineering, and finance teams for accurate pricing and technical alignment.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Assist in forecasting sales performance and preparing periodic sales reports.
- Maintain the CRM system.
- Ensure sales activities align with company policies and industry standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in construction, infrastructure, or related industrial sectors.
- Strong client relationship management skills.
- Solid understanding of project based sales cycles.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to analyze market data and identify opportunities.
- Comfort working with technical and engineering teams.
- High level of organization and attention to detail.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
- Proficiency in office and CRM tools.
- Fluency in English; Arabic is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work on site in Riyadh and travel within KSA.
