We're looking for a high-performing Assistant Restaurant Manager who is ready to take ownership, lead from the front and play a key role in the success of our restaurant.
Working closely with the Restaurant Manager, you'll be part of the leadership team responsible for delivering outstanding restaurant operations.
You'll lead busy services, recruit and develop our crew and Shift Leaders, drive performance, contribute to managing the overall resturant finacials, ensure compliance across food and people safety and help create a culture where people enjoy coming to work and guests love coming back.

What You'Ll Be Responsible For
As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you'll take ownership across all areas of restaurant performance, including:
- Leading the restaurant through busy service periods and setting the standard on shift
- Coaching, training and developing Crew and Shift Leaders
- Creating an energetic, positive and high-performing team culture
- Delivering an exceptional guest experience every day
- Driving operational KPIs across service, quality, sales, labour and food costs
- Supporting rostering, recruitment and people management
- Managing inventory, ordering, stock control and restaurant financial performance
- Maintaining GYG's high standards across food quality, safety and restaurant presentation
- Working alongside the Restaurant Manager to identify opportunities and continuously improve restaurant performance
