Position Summary
Serve as Assistant Restaurant Manager for Vilebrequin at La Plage at The St. Regis Doha.
Coordinate staff teamwork and restaurant service to ensure guest needs are met.
Outlet Information
Vilebrequin La Plage is described as a beach experience combining French art de vivre with luxury hospitality.
The outlet is located at The St. Regis Doha in West Bay.
Restaurant Operations
- Inspect staff grooming and attire and correct deficiencies.
- Complete opening and closing duties, including supplies, tools, cleaning, equipment, and securing doors.
- Inspect storage areas for organization, FIFO use, and cleanliness.
- Complete inventories and requisition necessary supplies.
- Monitor dining areas for seating, service, safety, and guest well-being.
- Complete maintenance repair work orders.
People and Guest Leadership
- Assist with hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, motivating, and coaching employees.
- Serve as a role model and first point of contact for the fair treatment and open-door policy process.
