Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the daily operations of our restaurant.
The ideal candidate will assist in managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining operational standards.
Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent customer service abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible and team-oriented attitude
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in overseeing daily restaurant operations
- Supervise and support restaurant staff
- Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction
- Monitor staff performance and attendance
- Assist with inventory control and stock management
