Support daily operations for Hilton's Peacock Alley hotel dining outlet.
Deliver memorable guest experiences through strong hospitality and service standards.
Responsibilities
- Assist with outlet operations, guest service, product quality, inventory, cost controls, profitability, marketing, budgeting, and procedures.
- Monitor service quality, resolve guest issues, and support improvements to the dining experience.
- Supervise, coach, and support team members and contribute to performance and development activities.
- Support marketing, upselling, and promotions to increase food and beverage sales.
- Assist with hiring, interviewing, onboarding, and training new team members.
- Maintain health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness compliance.
