Support daily operations for a hotel dining outlet and help deliver memorable guest experiences.
Work with the Restaurant Manager to maintain service and product quality and improve the dining experience.
Typical Responsibilities
- Assist with outlet operations covering guest service, product quality, inventory, cost controls, profitability, marketing, budgeting, and policies.
- Monitor guest feedback, resolve issues, and support improvements to service and product quality.
- Supervise and support team members, provide coaching, assist with evaluations, and contribute to development initiatives.
- Support hiring, interviewing, onboarding, and training of new team members.
- Help implement marketing strategies, upselling techniques, and promotions to increase food and beverage sales.
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol-awareness regulations.
