Leadership Experience - Previous leadership experience in a busy, high-volume hospitality or QSR environment.
Performance Focus: A proven track record of achieving KPIs, with the ability to identify opportunities and drive strong team performance.
People Skills - Strong communication and people skills, with the ability to lead, motivate and develop a young team.
Attitude - A positive, can-do attitude, high emotional intelligence and a genuine passion for food and hospitality.
Availability - Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including mornings, evenings and weekends.
