Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes.
- Prepare cocktails, mocktails, and other beverages according to specifications.
- Welcome guests and provide professional and courteous bar service.
- Maintain mise-en-place and ensure the bar is fully stocked before service.
- Check beverage quality, presentation, garnishing, and portion control.
- Monitor beverage stock and report shortages to the supervisor.
- Coordinate order taking with the POS and billing team.
- Handle guest requests and complaints professionally.
- Follow responsible alcohol-service practices, FSSAI guidelines, hotel SOPs, hygiene standards, and safety procedures.
- Maintain records of requisitions, wastage, and breakages and assist with bar opening and closing.
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum 12th-pass education is required.
- A diploma or degree in hotel management is preferred.
- One to three years of relevant experience in a hotel, bar, lounge, or premium restaurant is preferred.
- Freshers with relevant training may also be considered.
Skills and Competencies
- Good knowledge of cocktails, mocktails, spirits, wines, beers, and other beverages.
- Strong communication and guest-handling skills.
- Excellent product knowledge and service skills.
- Good grooming and professional appearance.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to hygiene, cleanliness, and detail.
- Good teamwork and coordination skills.
- Responsible and disciplined approach to beverage service.
Compensation
- Pay is ₹33,000 to ₹35,000 per month.
- Service charge, tips, and incentives may apply.
