Role overview

Job objective

• Ensure ADD service standards and corporate ADD concepts, playbooks, and Breakfast 2.0 are followed.
• Support talent growth and promotion within the department.
• Prepare duty schedules when applicable.
• Maintain awareness of the yearly culinary calendar and upselling techniques.
• Remain present on the floor and in the back of house, taking a hands-on approach when needed.

Areas of responsibility

• Adhere to IHCL HACCP safety standards across all areas.
• Attend food and beverage and staff meetings in the absence of the Restaurant Manager.
• Read the daily log book and communicate actions in the absence of the Restaurant Manager.
• Walk through all outlets daily to check agreed standards and concepts, correcting deviations immediately.
• Maintain awareness of discounting policies, Dine@Taj, and other corporate programs.
• Execute festivities and sign complimentary checks.
• Conduct skills and behavioural training for department staff.
