Assistant Restaurant Manager

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth floor functioning.
• Lead and motivate the floor team to deliver excellent customer service and dining experiences.
• Drive brand visibility, product awareness, and customer engagement.
• Monitor service quality, hygiene, discipline, and operational standards.
• Own sales, customer feedback, and day-to-day operational challenges.
• Introduce and execute new ideas and initiatives on the floor.
• Coordinate across kitchen, service, and management teams.
• Maintain accountability for assigned responsibilities and operational targets.

Candidate Profile

• Prior restaurant or hospitality operations experience is preferred; relevant internship experience will also be considered.
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on, proactive, and customer-focused approach.
• Strong ownership and accountability.
• Open to learning, experimenting, and taking on new floor responsibilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment and lead by example.

Compensation

• Pay is ₹15,000–₹20,000 per month.

• Work location is in person.
