Role overview
The Assistant Restaurant Manager supports daily operations for one of Hilton’s hotel dining outlets.
The role focuses on delivering memorable guest experiences and maintaining strong service and product standards.
What you will do
- Assist with outlet operations, guest service, product quality, inventory, cost controls, profitability, marketing, budgeting, and policies.
- Monitor service and product quality, respond to guest feedback, resolve issues, and improve the dining experience.
- Supervise and coach team members and support performance evaluations and professional development.
- Implement marketing, upselling, and promotional initiatives to increase food and beverage sales.
- Assist with hiring, interviewing, onboarding, and training new team members.
- Maintain health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness compliance.
