Role Overview
The Assistant Relationship Manager will support relationship management, business development, client service, and operational quality for an assigned portfolio.
The role supports financial objectives related to fully secured lines and monitors portfolio conditions and credit covenants.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and nurture existing and prospective relationship clients through personalized and standardized service.
- Manage service and operational quality across the assigned portfolio.
- Assist Relationship Management and Business Development Officers teams with objectives for new customers, limits, utilization, and fee realization.
- Monitor portfolio turnover and POS conditions.
- Monitor timely fulfilment of covenants specified in the Credit Approval Process.
