Responsibilities
- Support Relationship Managers in servicing high net worth and ultra high net worth clients
- Prepare client presentations and review portfolio reports
- Coordinate transactions and manage documentation in line with internal policies and regulatory requirements
- Respond to client inquiries and follow up on service requests
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver timely solutions
- Monitor client portfolios and identify opportunities for cross selling suitable products
- Provide accurate, timely, and high quality support to RMs for client interactions, documentation, systems, reporting, meeting preparation, and travel coordination
- Support effective business execution through information collection, documentation, project assistance, and expense management

Requirements
- 5 8+ years in Private Banking/ Wealth Management
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance / Business school
- Very good communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent situational adaptability
- Friendly and trustworthy with high risk awareness
- Sound affinity with the geographic market(s) covered
- Proven record in servicing banking clients’ needs
- Knowledge of Financial Planning and Finance
- Experience or understanding of Portfolio Management and Investments
- Fluency in English

Role Description
- The Assistant Relationship Manager – Private Banking is a full time, on site role based in DIFC, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
- This role supports Relationship Managers in servicing high net worth and ultra high net worth clients, ensuring smooth day to day account management and client communication.
- Key tasks include preparing client presentations, reviewing portfolio reports, coordinating transactions, and managing documentation in line with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- The Assistant Relationship Manager will respond to client inquiries, follow up on service requests, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver timely solutions.
- The role also involves monitoring client portfolios, identifying opportunities for cross selling suitable products, and helping to maintain strong, long term client relationships.
Client Administration and Support
- Provide accurate, timely, and high quality support to RMs and in relation to client interactions, documentation, systems, reporting, meeting preparation, travel coordination, and related follow up activities.
Business Management
- Support effective business execution through the collection and exchange of relevant information, proper documentation of work, assistance with projects and initiatives, management of expense processes, and identification of opportunities for improvement.
Risk Management and Controls
- Contribute to the first line of defense by supporting compliant client documentation, monitoring and resolving pending items, identifying and escalating concerns as appropriate, and ensuring clear and accurate records of client interactions and orders.
Regulatory Responsibilities
- Uphold the required standards of honesty, integrity, due care, fair client treatment, conflict management, professional competence, risk awareness, and compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
Qualifications
- 5 8+ years in Private Banking/ Wealth Management
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance / Business school
- Very good communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent situational adaptability (able to work with RMs and clients from diverse backgrounds)
- Friendly and trustworthy with a high level of risk awareness, proactive and independent work approach
- Sound affinity with the geographic market(s) covered, meaning familiarity with the legal and regulatory environment, cultural awareness, and understanding of relevant products, services, and tools in Private Banking
- Proven record of accomplishment in servicing banking clients’ needs (on boarding of new clients, maintaining and extending current relationships).
- Knowledge of Financial Planning and Finance to support clients’ wealth and liquidity needs
- Experience or understanding of Portfolio Management and Investments for private banking clients
- Prior experience in private banking, wealth management, or financial services is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse clients and teams
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
