Assistant Relationship Manager

We’re looking for a highly analytical Assistant Relationship Manager to join our Professional Services portfolio in Perth / Boorloo, Noongar Country. This is a full time opportunity where you’ll help assess and shape high quality lending decisions while building your career in commercial banking.

Working alongside experienced Relationship Managers, you’ll evaluate transactions from end to end by analysing financial performance, cash flow sustainability and key risk drivers. You’ll prepare well structured credit submissions, support lending decisions and build a deeper understanding of customers operating across the professional services sector.

This role is ideal for someone who has developed a strong foundation in credit, insolvency, restructuring, accounting or financial analysis and is looking to expand their commercial banking knowledge while keeping their analytical skills front and centre.

• Strong financial analysis skills, including cash flow, financial statements and lending structures • Experience in credit analysis, credit writing, risk assessment or a similar discipline • Ability to identify risk considerations and provide balanced recommendations • Clear and concise written communication skills, particularly for credit submissions • A genuine interest in developing a long term career in business and relationship banking
