Role Overview
The Assistant Relationship Manager supports one or more Relationship Managers and Group Heads with daily operations, administration, and client management.
The role interacts with internal and external stakeholders, provides relevant client information, and supports customized solutions.
The position helps the team deliver high service quality and manage, develop, and grow its client base.
Client Administration and Management
- Support client interactions and related systems, processes, files, and documents with precision and timely responsiveness.
- Customize reporting, statistics, mailings, and other client requests.
- Manage calendars, prepare meetings, organize business trips, and complete post-processing of calls and meetings.
- Compile presentations and support investment proposals and marketing activities when needed.
- Ensure coverage during personal absences.
Business Management
- Collect and exchange information necessary for the role and document work consistently.
- Support projects and initiatives in alignment with the Group Business Manager.
