Job Overview

  • The Assistant Relationship Manager is responsible for providing client service support to Relationship Managers (RMs) servicing Private Banking clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide client service support.
  • Adhere to the Bank’s policies and procedures with respect to AML, Regulatory Compliance, Sales, and others.
  • Drive positive outcomes while working with RMs in the client lifecycle including but not limited to account opening, arranging trades, undertaking periodic reviews etc.
  • Respond to client enquiries and instructions and provide resolution to most issues and requests.
  • Conduct business with utmost integrity and professionalism.
  • Comply at all times with applicable rules and obligations of relevant regulatory body/ authority.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in client servicing, operations, or sales support within financial institutions.
  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma from reputable institutions.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and client interfacing skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment and remain empathetic, passionate, and resilient.
