Role Overview
The Assistant Relationship Manager supports one or more Relationship Managers or Group Heads in daily operations, administration, and client management.
The role provides client information, supports customized solutions, channels client feedback, and helps the team manage, develop, and grow its client base.
Client Administration and Management
- Support Relationship Managers and Group Heads with client interactions, systems, processes, files, documents, and client requests.
- Manage calendars, prepare meetings, organize business trips, and complete post-processing of client calls, meetings, and trips.
- Compile presentations, support investment proposals and marketing activities, and provide coverage during absences.
Business Management
- Collect and exchange relevant job information, conduct reviews, plan work, and document activities.
- Support projects and initiatives in alignment with the Group Business Manager.
- Provide improvement proposals based on experience, incidents, or observations.
- Manage expense claims for Relationship Managers and Group Heads.
