Overview
- You will support the Relationship Managers in managing client relationships, addressing customer needs, and providing solutions related to the Bank’s products and services.
What you'll be doing
- Liaise between front office (Marketing/Business Development) and back office.
- Be responsible for ensuring that relevant documentation are in order for establishing the relationship and processing the customer's transactions.
- Assist Relationship Managers in handling the clients and their requirements.
- Assist Relationship Managers in addressing the customer queries on Bank's product and seek solution to their requests;
- Ensure that all related documentations are processed in accordance with the Policy established and implemented by the Bank.
- Ensure the proper management of customers guaranteeing internal compliance to the Bank's provisions for the regulatory framework as well as the Bank's other operating processes.
- Support Relationship Managers in assessing the management trend and economic performance of the reference customer and activating the necessary corrective actions.
- Handle preliminary activities and draft documents, proposals and marketing material.
Who we are looking for
- 1 3 years of experience in the role.
- Bachelor degree or post graduate in Economics, Marketing, Business or Law;
- Understanding of documentation and operating processes;
- Good command of English;
- Ability to understand and exploit financial information and databases.
- Familiar with local laws, banking regulations and practices.
