Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Assistant Recruitment Coordinator to support our hiring team in the UAE.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in recruitment or HR coordination and a strong ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
- Source and screen candidates through job portals and databases
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment trackers
- Support onboarding and documentation processes
- Communicate with candidates regarding interview updates and feedback
- Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned based on business requirements
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment or HR coordination
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organizational and time management abilities
- Familiarity with job portals (e.g., Indeed, LinkedIn)
- Basic knowledge of UAE labor laws is a plus
