Role Overview
Support the Recreation Manager in delivering smooth daily operations across the fitness centre, spa, pools, and recreational facilities.
Deliver memorable guest and member experiences while maintaining Hilton service and operational standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee recreation operations and assist with recruitment, training, scheduling, coaching, and performance management.
- Develop fitness and recreational programmes, respond to feedback, and build relationships that encourage loyalty and repeat business.
- Support membership sales, revenue targets, promotions, marketing initiatives, cost control, and operational efficiency.
- Maintain recreation areas, equipment, supplies, and inventory according to quality, cleanliness, safety, and operational standards.
- Ensure compliance with Hilton standards, health and safety, hygiene, emergency, and security procedures.
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum 5 years of related experience, including at least 3 years in recreation, spa, fitness, or health club operations, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong knowledge of recreation, health club, and spa operations, including fitness services, spa treatments, and related retail products.
- Fluent written and spoken English is required for communication with guests, team members, and third parties.
