Role Overview

About the Role
Coordinate high-quality training programs supporting the Fire and Incident Branch workforce across NSW.
Lead the logistical planning required for successful training delivery and provide support throughout the training lifecycle.
Report to the Team Leader Course Coordination and supervise the Administration Support Officer.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage course logistics, training schedules, financial records, and accurate communication of course information.
- Coordinate resources and support for trainers, facilitators, participants, and stakeholders.
- Oversee training venue, accommodation, and transport arrangements.
- Monitor program budgets and contribute to continuous improvement.
- Support training and development programs for the NPWS workforce.
Essential Requirements
- Experience providing administrative and support services.
- Experience developing and delivering programs and projects.
- Understanding of contemporary project management principles and practices.
- Strong organisational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to build positive working relationships and deliver effective customer and administrative support.
