Assistant Project Manager - Ulta Beauty - UAE

Role Overview Support the delivery of new store openings, renovations, and retail fit-out projects for Ulta Beauty, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and in line with brand standards.

Assist in managing store fit-out and refurbishment projects from planning through handover.

Conduct site surveys and prepare project documentation.

Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders during design and construction phases.

Prepare scope of work, tender documents, and support contractor selection.

Track project schedules, budgets, and progress against key milestones.

Monitor on-site works to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with approved designs.

Prepare project updates, progress reports, and handover documentation.

Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in retail fit-out, construction, or project management.

Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office applications.

Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
