Our newest opportunity is for an Assistant Project Manager – Landscape to join us on a remote working basis to support our studios in Qatar and Saudi Arabia.

The Assistant Project Manager will play a key role in supporting project managers across the division by coordinating design teams, managing project documentation, and tracking progress to ensure projects meet deadlines and quality standards.

This role requires a blend of project management skills and technical knowledge, often involving software like AutoCAD, MS Project, and other design tools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a liaison between internal project design teams and external stakeholders.
  • Monitor project progress, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Organize and manage project files, prepare progress reports, and support the development of design deliverables.
  • Assist in resolving project issues and managing variations that may arise.
  • Arrange and attend project meetings, taking minutes and following up on action items.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree in Urban Design, Landscape Architecture or related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management and a solid understanding of land development disciplines.
  • Proficiency in project management software like MS Project or P6.
  • Expertise in MS Office.
  • Familiarity with design and drafting software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, InDesign, Illustrator, or SketchUp is crucial.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills are essential, along with leadership abilities.
