What you’ll do:
Project Pursuits: Contribute to project pursuits by learning to estimate, review quotes, identify value engineering opportunities, and finalize estimate summaries for proposal generation.
Work in Progress Management: Facilitate effective project management by managing documentation (RFIs, constraints, purchase order logs, shop drawings, change orders, field testing), collaborating with stakeholders (internal departments, general contractors and trades), assisting with the development of change orders, monitoring the project schedule and logs, managing task finances (including forecasting work progress), and aiding in logistics (procurement of equipment, materials).
Business Development: Establish new contacts as well as strengthen connections with our current clients.
Grow a directory of business through regular contact with customers.
