Role Overview
AECOM is seeking an Assistant Project Manager for its Buildings Design practice in Dubai.
The role supports pre-contract activities for project initiation and contract preparation within the hospitality sector.
The position coordinates internal stakeholders and external vendors to establish a foundation for project execution.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate vendor proposals, contracts, service agreements, project briefs, timelines, and resource allocation plans.
- Maintain project files and databases and track pre-contract milestones and deliverables.
- Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, status reports, templates, and hospitality-specific checklists.
- Support vendor proposal analysis, risk escalation, site visits, inspections, scheduling, correspondence, and follow-ups.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience as a project coordinator or assistant project manager.
- Experience within architecture or building engineering.
- Strong knowledge of hospitality industry operations.
- Experience in mixed-use developments and hospitality projects is beneficial.
Onboarding Requirement
- Newly hired employees must attend an in-person Day 1 onboarding at an AECOM office location.
