About the Role
Lead and manage end-to-end client implementation projects from initiation through go-live and post-implementation support.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with high quality while managing client expectations.
Work with Product, Engineering, Data, and Implementation teams to drive successful delivery.
Responsibilities
- Own implementation projects from initiation to go-live and post-implementation support.
- Maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, deliverables, RAID logs, and release governance.
- Act as the primary client contact throughout the implementation lifecycle.
- Define quality gates, change control, and scope management practices.
- Understand client requirements, business processes, and implementation objectives.
- Prepare executive reports, delivery dashboards, and steering committee decks.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and maintain sufficient understanding of APIs, data, and low-code systems.
- Track progress, risks, dependencies, scope, priorities, timelines, and change requests.
- Conduct status meetings and provide clear stakeholder updates.
- Maintain requirements, action items, risks, issues, and project status documentation.
- Ensure UAT, deployment, go-live, and handover to support teams.
- Manage multiple projects, support team prioritization, client relationships, and service-level activities.
