Key responsibilities
- Track project activities and assist with technician scheduling.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams throughout projects.
- Monitor equipment inspection and service progress.
- Manage logistics for spare parts and tools.
- Prepare project documentation and status reports.
- Expedite critical tasks to minimize equipment downtime.
- Support process improvement initiatives.
- Ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
- Maintain stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Candidate qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree or diploma in engineering, biomedical engineering, business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is required.
- One to three years of relevant experience is required.
- Strong organization, time management, problem solving, and attention to detail are required.
- Effective written and verbal English communication is required; Arabic is a plus.
- Candidates must be comfortable working on-site in healthcare and laboratory environments.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and project tracking tools is required.
- Familiarity with service or maintenance management systems is a bonus.
- Relevant healthcare, medical equipment, or technical service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
