Job Summary
Thikedaar Dot Com is seeking an Assistant Project Manager for residential and commercial construction projects.
The role supports the Project Manager with planning, coordination, execution, site activities, schedules, budgets, quality control, and documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with planning, execution, and monitoring of construction projects.
- Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, consultants, architects, and vendors.
- Track project progress, timelines, milestones, and periodic reporting.
- Monitor project costs, material consumption, and resource utilization against the budget.
- Review drawings, BOQs, specifications, and project documents.
- Conduct site visits to monitor quality, safety compliance, and construction progress.
- Coordinate material procurement and timely availability at project sites.
- Support project schedules, work plans, and manpower deployment plans.
- Assist with subcontractors, billing, work orders, and vendor documentation.
- Identify project risks, delays, and site issues and recommend corrective actions.
- Ensure quality, safety, and company policy compliance.
- Maintain project records and documentation for audits and handover.
