Role Description

  • As an Assistant Project Manager, you will support the planning, coordination, and successful execution of projects.
  • Work closely with project managers and cross functional teams to organize project activities, monitor progress, maintain documentation, and facilitate communication.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare project schedules, track milestones, coordinate meetings, and manage project records.
  • Identify potential risks and assist in implementing solutions to keep projects on track.
  • Contribute to resource coordination, performance reporting, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Develop project documentation to support effective project delivery.

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Solid understanding of project coordination, planning, scheduling, and workflow management.
  • Familiarity with project management tools, reporting processes, and documentation practices beneficial.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and capable of working independently and in a team.
  • Strong time management skills, critical thinking, and continuous improvement mindset.
