Assistant Project Engineer

KEN International is expanding its technical team and is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented

to support the delivery of high-end building projects.

The role offers exposure to complex developments and the opportunity to work alongside experienced engineers and project managers.

The Assistant Project Engineer will support project coordination, technical reviews, and site activities, ensuring smooth communication between all stakeholders and maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency across project phases.

Assist in the coordination of project activities across disciplines

Support the review of drawings, submittals, and technical documents

Track project progress and follow up on key deliverables

Support site supervision activities and inspections

Assist in monitoring compliance with specifications and authority requirements

Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and internal teams

Maintain organized project records and documentation

Assist in preparing reports, meeting minutes, and progress updates

Support document control processes and tracking systems

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, Mechanical, or related Engineering field

1–3 years of relevant experience (UAE experience is an advantage)

Strong organizational and communication skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment

Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with project management tools is a plus
