Role Overview
• Develop and teach a variety of specialized courses in Communication and Crisis Management, including Crisis and Emergency Communication, Strategic Communication, Corporate Reputation Management, Government Communication, Risk and Rumor Management, and Internal Communication.
• Demonstrate knowledge of crisis communication planning methodologies and response scenarios, and train students through practical applications and simulations based on real-world local and regional cases.
• Monitor and analyze media discourse and social media content during crises, and utilize digital analytics tools to measure impact and evaluate the effectiveness of communication strategies.
• Assess and monitor students’ academic progress and provide appropriate feedback to improve their performance and support their academic and professional success.
• Contribute effectively to curriculum development and course management in accordance with University and College standards, including the development of specialized courses in Communication and Crisis Management.
• Contribute effectively to College and University initiatives and participate in constructive proposals and projects.
• Contribute to quality assurance and academic accreditation requirements, including the preparation of supporting documentation and evidence for local and international accreditation.
• Supervise graduation projects and participate in relevant research activities and College and University committees.
• Encourage and guide students to envision their future careers in Communication and Crisis Management within local, regional, and international contexts, ensuring they are equipped to meet labor market requirements.
• Build professional relationships with government entities and organizations involved in crisis management, supporting field training opportunities and academic and professional collaboration.
• Maintain positive and effective relationships with students that foster a supportive and engaging learning environment.
• Participate in community and professional engagement activities that contribute to serving the University and local community and strengthening the role of the program within the community.

General Conditions
- A proven record of excellence in undergraduate teaching, with at least 3 years of university teaching experience.
- Research published in international peer-reviewed journals indexed in Scopus.
- Commitment to renewing, developing, and proposing curricula and specialized courses in Communication and Crisis Management.
- Contribution to quality assurance and academic accreditation requirements, including the preparation of supporting documentation and evidence.
- Ability to prepare course files and learning outcomes reports and align assessment methods with intended learning outcomes.
- Ability to teach theoretical and applied aspects of Communication and Crisis Management.
- High proficiency in using information technology and digital tools in teaching.
