Job Description
The role manages production activities for microwave antenna assembly and ensures targets are achieved according to customer requirements, quality standards, and delivery schedules.
The position is in the Production department and reports to Management or the Plant Head.
The listed work location is Chakan, Pune, in microwave antenna and telecommunication equipment manufacturing.
Production Planning and Execution
- Execute daily, weekly, and monthly production plans prepared by PPC.
- Allocate manpower and monitor production against plan, taking corrective action when needed.
- Ensure timely completion of production orders and manage production sequencing to reduce delays.
Microwave Antenna Assembly
- Supervise assembly of reflectors, radomes, brackets, feeders, OMTs, and other antenna components.
- Ensure assembly follows approved drawings, work instructions, SOPs, and specifications.
- Monitor assembly of antenna sizes including 1.2 m, 0.9 m, 0.6 m, 0.3 m, and E-band products.
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and traceability of semi-finished and finished products.
