Responsibilities
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify product opportunities
- Support the development and launch of new retail banking products (e.g., deposits, FX, GIC, crossborder services)
- Define product positioning, features, and value propositions aligned with business objectives
- Manage and optimize existing product portfolio, including performance monitoring and enhancements
- Act as a key liaison between Head Office and local teams for product initiatives
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications for system and digital banking enhancements
- Monitor project progress and support issue resolution during product rollout
Requirements
- Undergraduate or above in Finance, Business, Economics or related fields
- 2 4 years of experience in banking product management, product development, or related roles
- Solid understanding of retail banking products
- Proven experience working with cross functional teams and driving project delivery
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent English communication skills

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure product competitiveness and compliance
- Act as a key liaison between Head Office and local teams for product initiatives
- Support localization and implementation of Head Office product strategies
- Coordinate cross functional stakeholders including IT, Operations, Compliance, and Front Office
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications for system and digital banking enhancements
- Work closely with other teams to support product delivery and ensure timely implementation
- Monitor project progress and support issue resolution during product rollout
Qualifications
- Undergraduate or above in Finance, Business, Economics or related fields
- 2 – 4 years of experience in banking product management, product development, or related roles
- Solid understanding of retail banking products
- Proven experience working with cross functional teams and driving project delivery
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into actionable solutions
- Experience working with digital banking platforms or system related projects is an asset
- Excellent English communication skills; proficiency in Chinese is considered an asset
