As an Assistant Personal Training Manager , you will play a key role in driving personal training sales, team performance, and client retention.

You’ll be responsible for leading and motivating a team of Personal Trainers, ensuring outstanding customer service, and helping members achieve their fitness goals while maximizing revenue opportunities.

• Total Compensation: $70,000–$100,000+ (Base + Commission + Bonus)

• Drive personal training sales through consultations, promotions, and client retention strategies
