- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pastry station and equipment
- Ensure proper storage and labeling of ingredients and finished products
- Follow hygiene, safety, and sanitation guidelines at all times
- Assist in inventory control and report shortages of ingredients or supplies
- Help with daily production tasks and special orders as needed
- Maintain consistency and quality in all pastry items
